Hey Dad!
I love you! Thanks for getting coins for me it helps me to remember who I am! I was so glad I got to see and talk to you too! I was just a little sad that I didn't get to talk to you especially for a little bit longer, you looked a little sad, are you doing ok? How is everything? I love you! I did read my email but my district leader told me that we all had to call on Saturday so that's why I told you like I did. It wasn't until the day before that I found out it wasn't like that. Sorry! Next time I will be sure to check good! But the important thing is that we talked! I have a present to send you for your birthday! I just need to know how to go about sending a package home! I'm going to ask some of the American Elders here how best to do it. My companion is great, he has really helped me a lot! It was really great to see and hear you too Dad! I can't wait to spend a lot of time with you when I get home! Thanks I've been working on my Spanish! The Lord has really blessed me with the gift of tongues, or at least the gift of learning tongues! Make sure to take good care of yourself. I want to spend a lot of time with you when I get back! Start walking a little if you can or even swimming would be good and it won't be hard on your back. Eat healthy too! Hey I had a great experience with the spirit this week! I perceived someone elses thoughts! We were teaching an investigator and we were talking about death but he wasn't understanding it clearly so the thought came to mind to ask him if he believed death was the end of existence, so I did and he told me with a surprised look, ya that's actually what I was thinking. So I took that and taught him really well about how it's only a step! It was great! I love you too Dad! Be safe! See ya soon! I love you so much Dad and I miss you tons! It was so great to see and talk to you again! Before you know it we will talk again and then I will only have 6 months left! Hola madre!
I'm fan flippin tastic!!!! :D I hope all is well for you! This week was a lot harder but it's ok, things will get better:D I'm glad you liked the video, I was coordinating with Brother Tanner and I sent him the video last week! Good ol Mom, glad you loved it! Glad everyone else loved it too! I like being funny! Your very welcome! I'm happy to be here serving and I know I'm doing what is right! Yes Patriarch Dupriest is really great, I love him! I remember when he gave me my blessing as if it were yesterday! That blessing has gotten me through so many hard times and I'm so grateful for it! Thanks so much for telling him that! I'm really glad he remembers me. I will always remember how he told me that I am one special child of our Heavenly Father, that meant so much to me. Success I'm you tube famous. Now I can check that off my bucket list. I'm glad they all watched it. I took it from my new house here in Mante! We are going to have a baptism in about 2 weeks! We have a Golden investigator who is 20 years old and he is progressing so well! He came to church yesterday all dressed up in a white shirt and tie too! I'm so excited for him! His name is Hugo Salazar. Be sure to keep his name in the temple! Yes I did get batteries and now I will start sending pictures. Yes I got my package, thanks so much. We really liked it! It didn't last long haha. About Mother's Day, everyone in the mission has to call on Saturday because that's when Mother's Day is here. So I will be calling on Saturday at 1 in the afternoon my time. I don't know if that's 12 or 11 your time, but figure it out to be sure. We really need to step up the work to match our Heavenly Father's. The work is going by fast! In one month in all of Mexico the missionaries recently found over 12,000 new investigators and in one week in March all of Mexico baptized over 800 people! You will still get an email on Monday haha no worries! Thanks a bunch Mom! Have a fan flippin tastic week and smile at everyone! Love ya! Wow that is a lot of love!

Howdy Pops! Love ya!
Ya I saw all of you too! Well at least my video did haha:) I'm glad you liked it! I thought it would be a great surprise! Kind of funny to keep you wondering if I was in there or not haha. Success I made Dad cry! I can now check that off my bucket list too! I didn't tell my mission president, but I'm sure it's ok. I just made it and sent it. There really is a lot of missionaries out from our stake! The entire church has really been zeroing in on missionary work! The second coming is a lot closer than we think. We have to take this gospel to everyone! President Jordan told me in interviews that he put me with my companion because we are both passionate and because he believes I'm compassionate. My companion has gone through some really hard things recently and I believe President has put me with him to help him. I have learned so much from being with my companion. The work here is going a little slow right now. Honestly the contacting is the most difficult for me right now. I'm trying but it's really hard. We still try to talk to the rich people but they wouldn't hear us. They think they have everything they need. Yep I'm taking good care of myself! No black water for me! I sure hope I'm helping. Lately I've felt like I'm not very good but I'm trying to do my best. Yep all is well with my companion. I love you Dad! I miss you lots! Thank you for writing me and always encouraging me and helping me to do what is right! Be safe and have a great week! I love you!

My week was great! We found 12 new investigators! My companion and I are great! Things are going fantastic and we are having a whole lot of success! Elder Martinez and I are really great friends and he is such a great companion and now we don't have any problems at all! The investigators are doing great, we just need more members lol. Thanks so much for sharing that story with me! I'll be sure to act on every prompting I receive! One thing I learned this last week is that we really don't know exactly what kind of a situation someone is in. I really learned that the best thing to do is to love everyone. I have a deeper understanding now for what the Savior meant by don't judge and treat others the way you want to be treated. I love our memories too! We'll make a lot more when I get home. Thanks so much Mom! Love you

Hey Dad!
How's it going? Here it's pretty good! My companion and I are getting along great now! We are really finding a lot of new investigators! We found 12 this last week. We have had a lot of storms here this last week. Time really does fly by! We have had some ridiculously huge thunder here! I shouldn't have any trouble finding a new suitcase and it doesn't bother me not to have a pillow. It's pretty normal here to have raw sewage and they don't really do anything about it unfortunately. But the people here are super nice! It's actually really funny. There are parts of my area that are super rich and the streets are all nice and paved and the houses are all super big and everything but I don't feel at home in those parts. It's weird. I feel more at home in the parts where it's poorer and more humble. It's really interesting. Haha I'll make sure to stay away from the sewage! No we don't have a doctor in the ward I don't think, but it's ok. Contacts are going great! We are talking with everyone! We don't have members who can accompany us because there are problems between the members. The bishop is great and the other leaders too! They are all good! We had stake conference on Sunday and President and Sister Jordan were there and spoke.

Hola Madre! Te amo! Feliz Pascua!
Well my week was definitely interesting! My new companion is interesting as well. President Jordan put me as Senior companion. My companion is a little hard to get along with but we are working through it. We've had a couple of disputes but we worked them out. The area here is pure city but it's more on the outskirts of the city. It's really cool though! Finally I'm in an area with a supermarket! I'm back in civilization! Elder Martinez has been out for over a year. We didn't do anything for Easter. I don't think they celebrate that here. It's really a huge change but it's a good area. I love it here though! I'm finally back in a ward and man it feels really weird to be in a ward again. I taught priesthood on Sunday and it was super weird. Fruit, vegetables and meat are cheap here. The investigators are good, 2 of them came to church! It was really hard leaving my last area but I am glad to be here. I'm glad you think I'm handsome, actually lots of people here think I'm very handsome. It's really funny! Don't worry Mom I'm always very friendly and nice to everyone I talk to. Thanks so much Mom! I love you lots! I'm always nice to old ladies! Yep I am pretty cute:) Love you!

I got my glasses fixed and the lady did it for free! Thanks for putting the money there but I should only need to use a little bit for my suitcase. Thank you so much for taking care of me! love you! My new area is actually pretty good too I just need a pillow. A river runs through our area and we cross it a lot. It actually looks a lot like Arizona or at least the climate does. But there is a lot of black water and sewage and it doesn't smell the best. My last area was in Vera Cruz and that was closer to the bottom of my mission. Where I am now is close to one side. Contacts are great! We actually contact a lot here and we are going to do more! It's actually really fun talking with people and getting to know them! I'm in a ward now which is really weird to be in after 6 months in a branch. But it's pretty good here. I wouldn't necessarily say that it's strong here but it's not bad. It is a little interesting. We don't have a bishop in this ward. We have an assigned bishop which really isn't a bishop. The thing is that we don't have enough faithful tithe payers or a lot of sacerdocio so we are trying to work with it. My companion has been out for over a year. It is a little hard to get along with my companion but we are making it work. He has been in this area for 1 change or 6 weeks. Satan is working hard here. This is the first area that people have had a lot of questions for us and they have come at us with the bible and many things to say that we are wrong but the awesome thing is that they could never confound us. Whenever they would say something like that to us immediately I knew what to say to them and how to respond and I caught them in their lies and how what they were telling us isn't true. I used the scriptures too to show them but they just kept on saying things that didn't make sense and were wrong. It was really cool! The gospel can't be confounded! The members feed us well and they have jobs here like we do in the states. We have air conditioning and hot water! Love Ya!
